Vespel needle seal for the LC-2010 and SIL-10ADvp, cross-referenced to 228-33355-04. Vespel is the harder of the two materials Shimadzu uses here and it lasts longer, but it is less forgiving of a needle that is not perfectly aligned, and it dislikes high pH mobile phases. If your method runs above about pH 9 the PEEK version is usually the better choice. A worn seal leaks at injection, and the symptom is low and slightly variable areas rather than an obvious failure.

Deuterium lamp for the Shimadzu LC-2010, cross-referenced to 228-37401-91. The LC-2010 is an integrated system rather than a modular stack, so the detector is not something you can swap out to test against. That makes the lamp energy reading more useful here than on a modular instrument: it is the only cheap way to separate a tired lamp from a dirty flow cell without dismantling anything. Check it, and clean the cell, before you order.

Two part numbers appear against this position, so read the one on the lamp being removed rather than ordering by instrument name. These are the i-Series benches, and a related but different lamp fits the M40 and LC-2050, which is the mistake to avoid. If you are not certain, send me a photograph of the old lamp and its label and I will confirm before quoting.
