Gel buffer for CE-SDS, cross-referenced to A30341. This is a consumable the assay is validated around rather than one you pick on chromatographic grounds, so the lot and the storage matter more than the price. Sieving performance falls as the gel ages, and a batch stored warm or held too long shows up as migration times that creep and resolution that goes first between the low molecular weight markers. A poor seal lets solvent evaporate across a long sequence, and a septum that cores drops fragments into the vial that can reach the capillary inlet.
