Deuterium lamp for the Agilent 1100, 1200, 1220 and 1260 diode array, cross-referenced to 2140-0820 and 2140-0813. Two numbers appear for this position and both are listed, but read the one on the lamp you are removing rather than ordering by system name, because the badge on the stack does not tell you which bench you have. This is the older 3-pin family, not the 8-pin Max-Light lamp used in the G7117 detectors. Getting those two confused is the commonest wrong order on this instrument.

This lamp has no RFID chip. Some detectors
read a chip to log lamp hours. On those, an untagged lamp reports a tag error and will not
ignite until you set the lamp type manually, and you reset the lamp-hours counter yourself
afterwards. It runs normally once that is done. What that involves. If
you would rather have the chipped version, say so and I will quote that instead.
Before you order: if the instrument is misbehaving, tell me the symptom, not the part
number. Lamps and seals get replaced for problems they did not cause. The first look costs
nothing, and if this part is not the fix, I will say so.
